No duplex option for Canon ix6820 printer on Mac Air M2 laptop

I have recently switched from a windows laptop to a Mac Air M2 laptop. It does not offer the duplex / double sided print option for my canon pixma ix6820 inkjet printer. This printer offers duplex capability and works on my wife's windows laptop, so it is disappointing that I can't get it to work on my Mac. I have done internet searches for a solution, but have not found any that work. Any assistance / suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

OS Ventura 13.0

I am printing from a Safari browser window and can print. However, the print dialog with options does not include Duplex printing so I can only print one-sided.

Please let me know if more information is needed.
