PIXMA G6020 setting up without internet access

I am trying to install a pixma g6020 at our office here in the park. We don't have internet access. I'm wondering if there is an install file that doesn't require internet access.

Hi,

If you are connecting via usb cord, you can try adding the printer directly using the computers built in drivers.

For Windows, go into Printers and Scanner via the control panel and select add a printer. If you are running MacOS, click the Apple icon, select system preferences and then click Printers and Scanners. There will be a + icon you can select to add a printer.

ArthurJ, I have done that but I don't have all the features. I can just print. I don't have double sided features for printing. I don't have scanning features. Just printing and copying features.

I have the same issue. just basic printing but no scanner.

Any ideas on how to solve this ?

Is your computer not connected to WiFi as well? What version of Windows or MacOS are you running?
