PIXMA MG7720 Brown printing purple, BK line not printing in nozzle check test

Hello

I noticed my Canon PIXMA MG7720 inkjet printer printing brown color as purple and saw the BK line not printing anything in the nozzle check test print. Ink levels are good for all colors. I tried both regular clean and deep clean each multiple times, scratched the plastic circles in the bottom of the BK ink in case anything was stuck to it, and flushed out the BK printer head with warm water. I even replaced the CL271 BK ink with a new one. Nothing helped and BK line is still not printing anything in the nozzle check test. Please help!
