      <title>PIXMA TS9520 - Top Part of Print Is Missing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon TS9520 and in the last month - it seems like the alignment of the paper is off. &amp;nbsp;When the first and last pages of a document are printing the top 1/4 of the page is missing and there is a blank space on the bottom. &amp;nbsp;The middle pages seem to be fine. &amp;nbsp;I have done all the self cleaning options on the printer but it doesn't change. &amp;nbsp;Even the test page will print out incorrectly. &amp;nbsp;Any ideas on what might be going on?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We will need some more information so we can assist you better. Please let us know what version of Windows or MacOS the computer is running. Also, when you performed a cleaning, did you print the nozzle check as well?&amp;nbsp;If so, please attach it to your reply here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
