TR4720 cartridge error

I have a printer I bought in July, TR4720 and am trying to replace the black ink. I replaced the black 275 with the black 245 cartridge. They are supposed to be compatible, but I keep getting the "reinstall correctly" message.

Are they not compatible? Does the fact that the color is a 276 make a difference? I don't think it should.

I have reinstalled several times. I've taken both cartridges out and reinstalled them after having turned the printer off. I've tried pressing the stop button for 5 seconds.

PG-275 Pigment Black Ink
CL-276 Dye Color Ink
