      <title>TR4720 cartridge error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a printer I bought in July, TR4720 and am trying to replace the black ink. I replaced the black 275 with the black 245 cartridge. They are supposed to be compatible, but I keep getting the "reinstall correctly" message. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are they not compatible? Does the fact that the color is a 276 make a difference? I don't think it should.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have reinstalled several times. I've taken both cartridges out and reinstalled them after having turned the printer off. I've tried pressing the stop button for 5 seconds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
