PIXMA G7020 not printing color

I have the Pixma G7020. It will only print black and yellow. We have cleaned 5 times and done nozzle checks.

Update to my previous post. After cleaning , nozzle flushes, and nozzle checks, I checked and there is ink all the way to the print head. It just won't print the cyan or magenta.

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.

After Customer Support recommended cleaning, then manual cleaning.

This Printer never printed accurate color. It got progressively worse. The Tech support on the Chat told me "this printer is made to print a lot!" and that I am not printing enough. Strange that it has no trouble printing Black all day but when it comes to Color this printer seems to be defective! Canon should not be allowed to sell the G7020!

Canon should not be selling this SuperTank technology that seems fraught with malfunctions and clogs.
