      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update to my previous post.&amp;nbsp; After cleaning , nozzle flushes, and nozzle checks, I checked and there is ink all the way to the print head. It just won't print the cyan or magenta.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
