https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Desktop-Inkjet-Printers/Unable-to-Print-since-upgrade-to-Mac-OS-13-1-Ventura-with-my/m-p/400378#M61092 <P>As the title reads, I’ve upgraded computers to a 2022 MacBook Air running Ventura 13.1.</P><P><SPAN>I have added the printer to my network via WiFi and downloaded the latest Software/Driver version 16.70.0.0</SPAN></P><P>Everytime i go to print it shows “Support Code 2101 - the paper size in the print settings and size of loaded paper do not match.”</P><P>I’ve changed all of the paper settings, made sure that the default under my Mac OS default is US Letter (which is what i have loaded). I can’t even print a Test Page without getting the same error code.</P><P>Any help would be very appreciated.
