Hi, I’m trying to complete setting up my canon Pixma mg2500/2400 series printer and neither of those is an option when trying to select a product name. Which do I select?

Can you provide more information. What are you trying to do? What OS? What software is asking you for the printer type and what options is it presenting?

To find drivers, software, and manuals for your printer, you'll need to enter its specific model number. You'll find this on the top of your printer just above the power button.
