Pixma TS3350 won’t print out A4 Photo Paper Plus Glossy II

Hi, I am trying to print out A4 on photo paper plus glossy II paper, but it doesn’t work. It gives me the error code 4103 in the app (I tried printing photo from camera roll). It also says “Current settings not supported by printer”. I tried to follow the links it gives me in the app for help, but I can’t seem to figure it out. Anyone know? Is it just plain and simply not possible in that printer?

Hi,

This worked for me:

I print from my iPhone. Tap the photo, then tap the Share button — the one with the arrow coming out of a box. Scroll down and tap Print (don’t tap the Canon PRINT button; tap the plain Print option).

Scroll down until you see Paper Size and select A4. Then scroll further down to Media & Quality. Tap Media Type and choose Photo.

Press Print.

This worked for me — I hope it works for you too!
