TR8620a Purchased as an edible image bakery printer on Amazon - Prints BLACK only

I recently purchased a Canon TR8620a printer on Amazon for use in my home bakery: It is only printing in black - no color. I installed all of the edible ink cartridges as instructed. Nothing in the Canon library deals with this situation. Are there any bakers out there who have used this unit successfully with edible ink and wafer sheets?

If you run a nozzle check do all the colors print?

I do not believe Canon sells edible inks. There are no support resources available for this use case.

You may need to contact Ediblethingz for support of their 3rd party inks.
