&lt;P&gt;I can assist you with this, but I need a little more information.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please turn your PIXMA TS3300 on.&amp;nbsp; Does "0" appear on your printer's display?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it does not , what does appear?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If "0" appears, please load letter sized paper.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please repeatedly press the wrench and screwdriver repeatedly until "1" appears on your printer's display&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please press the Color Start button 1 time&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does a test page print?&lt;/P&gt;
