    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P9 error&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART179730" target="_blank"&gt;Canon Knowledge Base - Error Displayed on the LCD - TS3520&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please turn the device off and unplug it.&amp;nbsp; While disconnected from power, press and hold the power button for 30 sec.&amp;nbsp; Reconnect to power and, power the device on again.&amp;nbsp; If the error returns and you are sure you have removed all of the tapes from the inks and packing materials, you have two options.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contact Canon or exchange the device at the place of purchase.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I just bought my TS 3522 canon printer, installed ink cartridge's, and made sure all protective tapes r removed, the screen flashes a P and a 9, it won't let me do anything, even when I hold the buttons down for a period of time. Can someone please help me? I'm going crazy searching and trying to figure this out .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
