ix6800 prints blank pages

My ix6800 only prints blank documents. I can print a test page and it is perfect, but the documents it spits out are blank. I have cleaned heads, removed and replaced inks, unplugged and repluged, and updated to latest driver (Windows 11). I'm out of ideas. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Can you attach a copy of the printer's nozzle check and a copy of the test print to your reply. From there we will be able to assist you further.

I'm having this same issue and have done all the same steps to fix. Nothing works. Did you ever figure it out?
