    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded to Mac OS 13.1 (Ventura). After that, my printers disappeared. I used to be able to use it with OS printer/scanner utility. But now only the printer works. The scanner is not an option that shows up in Image Capture anymore.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I downloaded the latest available software from Cannon:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;MX490 series CUPS Printer Driver Ver. 16.70.0.0 (Mac)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;IJ Scan Utility2 Ver.2.4.0 (Mac)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My Image Garden Ver.3.6.6 (Mac)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I go to&amp;nbsp;/Applications/Canon Utilities/IJ Scan Utility/Canon IJ Scan Utility2.app, I get&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"A scanner driver supporting this software is not installed. Install it and try again. Code: 15,230,0"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What does this mean?
