      <description>&lt;P&gt;EVERY TIME we try to print something we have to delete the printer and reconnect it and then it doesn't work with other devices and we have to do it all over again! This is the WORST PRINTER that we have ever owned and the "Customer Service" is nonexistent!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DO NOT BUY CANON PRODUCTS!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
