      <title>Top Margin Problem on a TS9500 series printer</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've used Canon printers for many years, and this particular printer for several, and have never had this problem for which there is no apparent maintenance option.&amp;nbsp; The problem is that it's cutting off the top of my pages.&amp;nbsp; Setting the top margin to 1.75" &lt;U&gt;sometimes&lt;/U&gt; solves the problem but not always.&amp;nbsp; Has any TS series user had this same problem?&amp;nbsp; Is there any fix or do I just need to buy a new one?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry, forgot to mention this problem is appearing while using ordinary 8.5 x 11 printer paper loaded in the front cassette.&amp;nbsp; Not trying to print on any unusual size.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
