    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a TS6320 that is only two years old that will not turn on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has been unplugged and moved to different outlets but when plugged in and the power button pushed nothing happens.&amp;nbsp; There are no noises or start up.&amp;nbsp; It acts as if the printer was unpowered.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I suspect this is a problem with the power supply.&amp;nbsp; I used a volt meter and the cord is providing power so I suspect the internal brick is faulty.&amp;nbsp; Has anyone had to replace the "Safety Mark 180026-11?"&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Or is there another way to do a hard reboot that I am missing?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;ES&lt;/P&gt;</description>
