Canon Printer will only print yellow.

My printer is brand new, it prints only in yellow. have done deep cleaning numerous times. I have brand new cartridges and no matter what I do it only prints yellow.

Since it is brand new and does not seem to be functioning correctly my recommendation is you should return it to where you purchased it.
