      <title>MX922 cannot communicate with PC</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My MX922 suddenly stopped communicating with my Windows 10 PC. When I try to print even a test page, the printer dialog box pops up and says "Printer not responding." I've uninstalled the drivers and re-installed the drivers, rebooted multiple times, and downloaded the latest driver package. I'm connected via USB, so I've also checked my cables. The PC sees the printer, but just can't communicate with it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where to start looking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Device Manager &amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Expand USB Devices. Does an entry for the 922 , imaging or printing device exist? Are there any errors or entries with an exclamation point or triangle?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Control Panel &amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Device and Printers. Does a &lt;STRONG&gt;single&lt;/STRONG&gt; entry for the printer exist there?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Right-Click and select printer properties. Then select the ports tab. Is there a USB001 or similar entry listed with the Canon Pixma 922?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="shadowsports_0-1669227421829.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/37553i557550F978019983/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="shadowsports_0-1669227421829.png" alt="shadowsports_0-1669227421829.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
