      <title>PIXMA TS6420a Support code 495A</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My printer keeps reading "Support code 495A" and a solid orange light turns on. When this happens the only button that works is the power button. I turn it off/on and it comes right back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried many troubleshooting techniques based off of what other people have said, but none work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Tried turning it off/on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Unplugged for 30 sec then restart&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Did a hard reboot....nothing is working&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have any insight?!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If the error will not clear even after a restart then the printer will require service. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for this issue. You will need to &lt;A href="http://canon.us/account" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener"&gt;register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
