PIXMA TS302 Saving or opening a PDF

I just bought a TS302 printer and it prints fine but when I try to open or save a PDF I'm ONLY given the option to print!!

How can I prevent this? I'm using my Android phone as it's all I have.

Can you provide more information about the steps you are performing. The app you are using and the desired result? What other option are you expecting?

When i open a website, such as my gas provider & want to view my bill I'm asked if I want to use my Canon printer. If I select no, I'm told I'm not connected to wifi & asked to connect to wifi.

No matter how I go to view a PDF, I'm directed to print.
