&lt;P&gt;If you performed a ink flush and nozzle cleanings but the issue remains, the printer requires service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty,&amp;nbsp;I recommend reaching out to Canon support for this issue. You will need to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://canon.us/account" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener"&gt;register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the printer is out of warranty, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade program.&amp;nbsp;This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.&amp;nbsp;This&amp;nbsp;program allows you&amp;nbsp;the opportunity to purchase a replacement product discounted from the list price.       <title>PIXMA G620 ink issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been using my printer for a few months and have been very satisfied.&amp;nbsp; Today I tried to print some pictures and the colors are off.&amp;nbsp; I did a nozzle check and it shows Print Head L ...no GY on either line, and very light BK and R lines.&amp;nbsp; I've done a couple cleanings, and deep cleanings and even head alignment.&amp;nbsp; Nozzle check results are the same.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
