Greetings,

Printer error has occurred.

Turn off the printer, and unplug the power cord of the printer from the power supply.

Plug the printer back in and turn the printer back on.

If the problem is not resolved, the printer will require service. Sorry, but there are no magic fixes for this.

Thank you Rick. Do you know how I contact the service center for repairs? I can’t seem to find it.
