    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Arthur J - thanks for reaching out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turn out no issue with the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Print settings in my phone got switched to ‘print to disc’ somehow. Switched back to ‘print to paper’ and printed fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;apologies for the inconvenience&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to print from the paper tray but print output tray retracts and display message prompts to insert printable disc in the multi purpose disc tray. The disc tray is being correctly stored.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;So we can best assist you, please let us know what version of Windows or MacOS you are running. Also, please let us know what type of file you are trying to print( ex pdf, word file, from email, etc).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
