PIXMA TS6350 Not Printing Right Image Size

Hello Everybody, I have just joined.

I recently acquired A Pixma TS6350; it's somewhat more sophisticated than the simple printers I had in the past. For some reason It is not printing the image size I send to it. It just prints a very small image in the centre of the page. Is there a setting or something very simple that I am missing?

I would very much appreciate your help.
