Just bought new printer TR8620a. Cannot figure our how to do duplex printing, info on printer screen does not give me that option. Also the only way I can print from my iPad or iPhone is by changing the wifi setting beforehand. Too many problems, thinking of returning printer.

For 2 sided printing, I recommend using the Canon print app on your iOS devices. Please click HERE for more information about printing with the app.

If you are printing from another device, please let us know what version of Windows or MacOS.
