    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a PIMA MX892 and it prints from a laptop and a ipad but not from my desk top which is in the basement. I tried everything and the computer cannot find the printer either by Blue Tooth or WIFI. The basement is two stories down, could it be the desktop is too far from the printer?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello harrykatopodis.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue may be related to the distance between the computer and the router that is used by the iPad, laptop and the MX892.&amp;nbsp; If the Desktop is connected via WiFi, please try moving the computer closer to the router for a more consistent connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If any errors have occurred, please tell us what errors have appeared.&amp;nbsp; Also, tell us what version of Windows is on the computer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
