      <description>&lt;P&gt;Seems rather straight-forward. Owned the printer for a few years and never had a problem changing the ink cartridges until now. When I start the process, the printer does not shift the cartridges to the center so I can remove them. The error code is: 5B00.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The ink absorber in  your printer is most likely full and the printer would need to be replaced. &lt;/P&gt;
