    <description>&lt;P&gt;My MX 922 suddenly stopped printing magenta.&amp;nbsp; It quickly went from OK and faded away to nothing.&amp;nbsp; The other 2 colors were fine.&amp;nbsp; I did multiple head cleanings and deep cleanings to no avail.&amp;nbsp; Tried new cartridges to no avail.&amp;nbsp; I looked here to see what to do and removed and cleaned the print head manually.&amp;nbsp; Made sure all ports were flowing etc.&amp;nbsp; Now, NONE of the colors will print.&amp;nbsp; B&amp;amp;W is fine.&amp;nbsp; I tried multiple cleanings again etc,etc.&amp;nbsp; What next?&amp;nbsp; Redo the drivers? (Which I cannot find...)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Since the multiple cleanings did not resolve the issue, the printer would require service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
