    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="courier new,courier" size="4" color="#800080"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I just bought a Canon Pixma MG2522, got it all setup and everything.&amp;nbsp; I turn it on and go to do a print test page and get a 5011 error code.&amp;nbsp; I did the unplug and replug it and get the same error code.&amp;nbsp; I contact Canon Support and that wasn't very helpful.&amp;nbsp; How do I fix the issue??&amp;nbsp; Thank you in advance.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This is a general hardware failure code and the printer would require service. You mentioned you spoke to Canon support. Did they advise you of your Warranty options since the printer was new?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The printer comes with a factory 1 year warranty so I would recommend&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;reaching out to Canon support again for your service and warranty options.
