      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you added the MG2520, did you install the driver from the Canon website or select add printer on your computer?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also try switching the mouse and printer usb cables. Sometimes switching the printer to a port that is known to work like the one a mouse or keyboard is connected to can solve the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can click &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/pixma-mg2522#idReference%3Dsoftware-drivers" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; and download/install the &lt;SPAN&gt;MG2522/MG2525 MP Drivers Ver.1.02 updated printer driver. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also, check to make sure that any Windows or third party security software is not blocking the printer from installing. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
