I can not install Canon Pixma MG 2522 One minute it is detected then says is not printer on, USB attached to computer & printer Windows 10 How can I get this installed?

Hi,

When you added the MG2520, did you install the driver from the Canon website or select add printer on your computer?

Also try switching the mouse and printer usb cables. Sometimes switching the printer to a port that is known to work like the one a mouse or keyboard is connected to can solve the issue.

I input the CD I did nothing on Canon website

I did try changing USB posts I can try it again

Hi,

You can click HERE and download/install the MG2522/MG2525 MP Drivers Ver.1.02 updated printer driver.

Also, check to make sure that any Windows or third party security software is not blocking the printer from installing.
