Printing Borderless Custom Size Canon Pro-200

I’ve been looking for a way to print without borders on envelopes that are 4.25x6.25. I have a canon pro-200. It doesn’t let me print borderless on plain paper and it doesn’t let me choose a custom size if I select borderless. There’s only a few envelope sizes and none of them are close to the one I’m trying to print on.

Has anyone with a similar situation found a work around or solution? I’ve tried printing a size up, but that leads to paper mismatch which the printer rejects. I can’t seem to mess around with the margins as their default is 0. I’m stumped.

I have another printer, a canon Tseries, it’s an older cheaper model and I can force it to print borderless by going a size up, but it has its issues. It prints with misalignment, consumes more ink, and prints inaccurate colors. I’m not sure what else to try.
