Pixma ip8720 replacement CD tray insert

I want to print directly to printable discs, but I lost my CD tray insert. I have searched the internet extensively for a replacement tray, which I believe is the "L" tray. I cannot find one anywhere, and they're not available as an accessory from the Canon store.

How/where can I purchase a replacement? Such a small plastic item but so critical! If it helps, I have registered my printer with Canon and uploaded the purchase receipt.
