    <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently upgraded iMac desktop to OS 10.11.6. &amp;nbsp;Printer previously performed flawlessly. &amp;nbsp;Printer= Pixma TS8020. Use direct wire in computer-printer, NOT wireless. &amp;nbsp;After “print” order fails, message appears “Raster2CanonIJ2 quit unexpectedly”. Tried ‘off-on’ both devices. Tried ‘on’ in different order for both devices. Tried re-installing printer Driver. Tried clearing printer from printer options then reinstalling everything as though new printer. Failure &amp;amp; message continue with each attempt.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
