      <description>&lt;P&gt;I get an error message that says I need to download the windows WIA driver. I have tried all the fixes from You Tube and even reloaded the printer.&amp;nbsp; No success.&amp;nbsp; I would apprecuiate any help.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;But this IJ Scan Utility is not compatible with Photoshop (as new photoshop versions do not support TWAIN - because twain plugin doesn't exist in 64bit variant, and newer photoshop versions only have 64bit variant). This is a workaround because your driver is not WIA compatible!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
