Pages don't feed properly for duplex printing

I have a TR4500 printer and when I print duplex, it prints the first side of the page OK, then, when it sucks the paper back in to print the 2nd side, the rollers don't seem to catch the paper properly and it gets all askew. Is there something that I can do about that?
