&lt;P&gt;A paper jam should not have kicked the printer off the network but to double check, please click &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/infocenter/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART143924&amp;amp;actp=search&amp;amp;viewlocale=en_US&amp;amp;searchid=1664219290559#top" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; for the steps to print the network settings. Once it prints go to connection and to the right it will show active or inactive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is active, please remove the printer driver from your computer and then reinstall it. Once the printer is reinstalled, try to print again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the printer was kicked off your network, please click &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/infocenter/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART117459&amp;amp;actp=search&amp;amp;viewlocale=en_US&amp;amp;searchid=1664219290559" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; for the steps to reconnect it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>MX472 printer off line how to get it back online</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My MX472 was working fine until a copy sucked back into the printer. I turned off the printer and unplugged it. I was able to retrieve the paper whole. I plugged the printer in and turned it back on . I can select a document on the printer to print but when I select print I get a message that printer is off line. How do I get it back on line?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
