NEW OUT OF BOX TS3522 PRINTING COMPLETELY WRONG COLORS

I bought a TS3522 last night, set it up and got to printing some black and white docs. The intensity of the black is not there, printing more a dark grey. When I attempted to print a gemstone color pallet, the colors were far too light and some of them were completely wrong. For instance, the #B57E79 that should have been a light lavender, is printing out as a pinkish brown. The #5C2A2E that is supposed to be a royal purple is printing out as a chocolate brown.

Help???
