topic MG7720 completely out of alignment in Desktop Inkjet Printers

My MG7720 is very blurry, it looks like 2 lines out of sync with each other.

I just did a bunch of print head cleaning with the MG7720 (at least 2 regular cleanings and 2 deep cleanings) and it looks like the issue now is the print head is out of alignment.

I tried aligning with the manual alignment, but no one of the settings comes close to printing an actual clear print. I also tried cleaning the timing strip.

Is there anything else I should try?
Thanks!

I've attached the last nozzle check print and manual head alignment sheets. (Yes, I know my gray tank is out and I had some bleed through since I was using the back of another nozzle check to do the nozzle check).
