    <description>&lt;P&gt;Pixma MG6821 stopped working. Trouble shooting did not provide any useful information.&lt;BR /&gt;The error message I receive currently&amp;nbsp; is the following:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;****&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;H1&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;011&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Cause&lt;BR /&gt;Printer error has occurred.&lt;BR /&gt;What to Do&lt;/H1&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Turn off the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;machine&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;and unplug it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Plug in the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;machine&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;again and turn it back on.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If this does not solve the problem, contact your nearest&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Canon&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;service center to request a repair.&lt;BR /&gt;****&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;This error message is not helpful.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I reinstalled the drivers and programs by using&amp;nbsp;win-mg6800-1_0-jucd.exe downloaded from a Canon site.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Still the the above error occurs.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I will appreciate any help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Toshi&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
