I replaced the black ink cartridge with an authentic Canon cartridge.&amp;nbsp; Now, I receive service code 1660 that indicates that neither the black nor color cartridges are present.&amp;nbsp; I then replaced the color, but the message persists.&amp;nbsp; Then I tried using the old cartridges.&amp;nbsp; Still the message persists.&amp;nbsp; Is there a way to reset the printer to factory settings?&amp;nbsp; I have read the user's manual troubleshooting section, but cannot find any answers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
