    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just recently had a power outage.&amp;nbsp; When I turn the printer back on it did not recognize the ink cartridges.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased 2 new ones from Walgreens. When I installed them the error message was "cartridges were not installed correctly".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is my second Canon TR4520 in 4 years.&amp;nbsp; The first one had a similar problem but not exactly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before I buy another printer is there anything I can check?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
