Hello,

I just bought my brand new printer ix6820 from Amazon. I’m trying to print some photos but it’s not printing. It’s just ‘throwing” the paper off. And once that happens the Orange light is flashing. I tried printing a document and it printed but the quality is not great. It’s very blurry.
im very disappointed with my first time experience. Is there a way to fix this or do i return it?

Hi,

The number of alarm flashes relate to a specific error code. The alarm light will flash for a certain number of times before it pauses quickly and starts to flash again.

So we can best assist you, please count the number of flashes after the pause and we will be able to determine the error code and troubleshoot further.
