      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have a Canon TS6220 (love it).&amp;nbsp; We had a power outage but I have the printer plugged into a surge protector.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;When I turn the printer on,&amp;nbsp; it does not have an error code.&amp;nbsp; It only has 'CANON'.&amp;nbsp; It won't even shut off.&amp;nbsp; I have to unplug it.&amp;nbsp; What happened and how can I fix it?&amp;nbsp; Is there a reset button?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you have it unplugged try pressing the power on button a few times. Sometimes that helps by draining any stored charge&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There were no options to speak with a technician.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I actually got it to go through the error code 6000 and I followed instructions but 'Canon' still displays.&amp;nbsp; It won't shut off so I unplugged it and held the STOP button for 15 secs, plugged it back in but display still has 'Canon'..&amp;nbsp; what's next??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
