Canon TS5120 Envelope Printing

My 5120 has started omitting envelope return addresses and I cannot reset it to ALWAYS print return addresses. Please help!

Hi kytourguy,

What version of Windows is installed on your computer?
If you are using a Mac, what version of OSX is installed?

What program are you using to print your envelopes?

Your PIXMA TS5120 only prints what is sent to it to print. It would not eliminate the return address on its own.

Knowing what operating system you are using and the program you are using to print envelopes will help us narrow down where the cause lies.

I'm using Word on a Windows 10 PC. Thanks for your help. Word's print menu gives me the option of omitting the return address and I cannot un-check that box.

Hi kytourguy,

In Word, click on New and then Blank document.

Click on Mailings at the top.

Click on Envelopes in the upper left.

Are you able to type the delivery address and return address in the window that appears? If you are, please enter information in those two boxes and click Print.

Are you able to print that newly created envelope?
