      <title>Failed to scan - Support Code 3412 on Canon PIXMA G4210?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got this error message when attempting to copy a document by placing it on the top tray that feeds into the printer.&amp;nbsp; The original was never pulled into the printer and I received a Failed to Scan error message with a code that I can't find anywhere..&amp;nbsp; 3412.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;THanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
