Canon MG2200 Printer no longer prints on full page

Since I upgraded my MacBook Air to MacOS Monterey version 12.5.1, my MG2200 printer no longer prints full page, but only on the top left hand quarter of an A4 page. I have tried all different settings for Scale (Fit to printable area, fit to paper, customised and default), and nothing makes any difference, regardless of whether I set the settings in System Preferences for Printers and Scanners, or after hitting the print icon on the document. Page size is Set at A4.

Is there a bug in MacOS Monterey version 12.5.1 for Canon MG2200 series printers? Is there somewhere else to control the printer settings?
