HI I'm having problems with my printer because it prints double the big letters and I cleaned the encodec line but it didn't work, could someone help me. thank you for the answer.

Hi,

Since cleaning the encoder strip did not resolve the issue, the printer has experienced an internal hardware issue and would need to be replaced.

You would qualify for the Canon Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
