&lt;P&gt;For the MX922 you can try removing the print head and putting it back in but if the error does not clear, the issue is with the print head.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, for your MP480, try a nozzle cleaning and deep cleaning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;f you have run and cleaning and deep cleaning but the issue remains, it looks like&amp;nbsp;the printer has experienced an internal hardware issue and would need to be replaced.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You would qualify for the Canon Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;"print-head error" problem with my MX922.... also having problems with my MP480 also...new cartridges and can barely see print...but no error code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I thought these were supposed to be fine products&lt;/P&gt;</description>
