Setting up a TS3522 printer

cannot find where the ink cartridge goes; image pointed to right hand side of the printer. I also have two cords and do not know where the second cord should be inserted.

Canon : Manuals : TS3522 : Setup

One cord will be the power cord and the other connects to the computer.
